基于SIMOTION运动控制系统在六工位钢丝圈生产线设计及应用

摘要 随着轮胎行业的竞争越来越激烈,各个轮胎生产企业对轮胎的质量和产量要求越来越高,如何提高质量也是轮胎设备制造厂家要面临的挑战。本文介绍了子午线轮胎六工位钢丝圈生产线的设备结构、功能以及工艺流程。阐述了该机组的控制在SIMOTION SCOUTTIA系统中的硬件和软件组态、编程以及它在全集成自动化博途(TIA Portal)里的设计。同时介绍了缠绕排丝过程中通过CAM进行同步精确控制机械运动位置、速度的操作。 with the more and more fierce competition in the tire industry, tire manufacturers have higher and higher requirements on the quality and output of tires. How to improve the quality is also a challenge facing tire equipment manufacturers. This paper introduced the equipment structure, function and technological process of the six-station bead ring production line of radial tires. The hardware and software configuration, programming and design of SIMOTION SCOUT TIA system in TIA Portal are described. At the same time, the operation of synchronously controlling the position and speed of mechanical movement by CAM during winding process is introduced.
