轮胎动平衡试验机下轮辋外部编码器应用浅析

摘要 在轮胎动平衡设备中主轴系统的准确定位和上、下轮辋的对齐对设备测量稳定性和测量精度意义重大。仅依靠主轴伺服电机自带的编码器无法实现主轴系统的准确定位,同时对测量过程产生的上、下轮辋偏差无法检测和补偿。介绍了主轴系统的机械机构和电控方案,分析存在的问题以及产生问题的原因,并详细说明打滑偏差和传动误差造成的影响。阐述了在下轮辋安装外部编码器后是如何解决上述问题的,最后展示轮胎测量的5×5数据。。 The accurate positioning of the spindle system and the alignment of the upper and lower rims in the tire dynamic balancing equipment are of great significance for the measurement stability and measurement accuracy of the equipment. Only relying on the encoder provided by the spindle servo motor can not achieve accurate positioning of the spindle system, and the deviation of the upper and lower rims generated by the measurement process cannot be detected and compensated. The mechanical mechanism and electronic control scheme of the spindle system were introduced, the existing problems and the causes of the problems were analyzed, and the effects of the slip deviation and the transmission error were explained in detail. It explained how to solve the above problems after installing the external encoder on the lower rim. The paper finally shows the 5X5 data for tire measurements.
