应用噬菌体治疗畜禽细菌性腹泻的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 近年来国内养殖产业发展迅速。由大肠埃希菌、沙门菌等致病菌引起的畜禽肠道疾病,常伴有不同程度的腹泻,影响动物的生长发育,严重时可导致死亡,给养殖业造成严重的经济损失。过量使用抗生素使致病菌产生了耐药性,并引起了动物体内和动物制品中药物残留等诸多问题。针对这一情况,噬菌体凭借其特异性高、不易造成抗性、生产成本较低等诸多优势,成为了一种潜在的理想的抗生素替代品。 The domestic breeding industry developed rapidly in recent years.Diarrhea caused by pathogenic bacteria such as Escherichia coli and Salmonella influences the growth of animals and cause serious economic losses to aquaculture industry.Excessive use of antibiotics makes the pathogenic bacteria resistant,and brings many problems,such as drug residues in animal and animal products.In view of this situation,bacteriophage has become an ideal substitute for antibiotics because of its high specificity,low resistance and low production cost.
