摘要
根据河钢宣钢2#(2500m^3)高炉炉役后期出现的一些反常炉况,判断出高炉冷却系统存在破损漏水问题。分析了2#高炉冷却壁损坏的原因,并提出了防治措施。认为高温煤气直接灼烧冷却壁、边缘煤气流波动大、设备老化、有害元素循环富集等是导致冷却壁破损的主要原因。通过调整高炉操作制度,改善原燃料条件,减少各种有害元素含量,稳定热制度、强化炉型管理、建立以中心为主的气流分布模式,稳定边缘,杜绝炉体热负荷剧烈波动等措施,有效延缓了冷却壁的损坏。
According to some abnormal furnace conditions appearing in the late campaign of No.2(2500m^3)BF at HBIS Xuansteel,it is judged that the cooling system of BF is damaged and leaked.The causes are analyzed and the preventive measures are put forward.It is considered that the main reasons for the damage of cooling stave are direct burning of high temperature gas,large fluctuation of edge gas flow,aging of equipment and cyclic enrichment of harmful elements.By adjusting the operation system of blast furnace,improving the condition of raw material and fuel,reducing the content of harmful elements,stabilizing the heat regime,strengthening the furnace pattern management,establishing the air distribution mode with the center as the main part,stabilizing the edge and stopping the violent fluctuation of heat load of furnace body,the damage of cooling stave has been effectively delayed.
