摘要
某液化灶器具厂采用A钢厂生产的0.5mm厚DC53D+Z冷轧镀锌板冲压炉膛件时,出现了严重的冲压开裂现象,且成品率为11%。分析了镀锌板的化学成分、力学性能、显微组织特征,并对零件冲压成形过程进行了仿真分析。结果表明:DC53D+Z镀锌薄板冲压炉膛件时,可以通过减小板料与模具之间的动摩擦系数和提高板料的r值来解决冲压开裂问题。考虑实际大生产的成本和工艺调整的难易程度,仅对板料表面进行了300~500mg/m2涂油处理即成功解决了冲压开裂问题,冲压件成品率达到98%以上。
When a liquefaction cooker factory used 0.5 mm thick DC53D+Z cold-rolled galvanized sheet produced by A steel plant to stamp hearth parts,serious stamping cracking occurred,and the finished product rate was 11%.The chemical composition,mechanical properties and micro-structure characteristics of galvanized sheet were analyzed,and the stamping process of parts was simulated and analyzed.The results show that the stamping crack can be solved by reducing the dynamic friction coefficient between the sheet metal and die,or increasing the R value of the sheet metal when DC53D+Z galvanized sheet metal was stamped into the hearth parts.Considering the cost of actual large-scale production and the difficulty of process adjustment,only 300~500 mg/m 2 oil coating was applied to the surface of sheet metal,which successfully solved the stamping crack,and the finished product rate of stamping parts reached more than 98%.
