平整工序板形缺陷控制研究 被引量:7

摘要 针对薄板生产过程中平整工序出现的板形缺陷,采用鱼骨图,从人、机、料、法、环等多方面入手,分析了缺陷产生的原因,并分类制定了原料、设备、操作、工艺、辊型等方面提升改善措施。实施后,减少了平整工序因板形缺陷造成的返工重平量及不良品量,使平整工序板形重平率控制在3%以内。 In view of the flatness defect in flattening process during the sheet production,fish bone diagram is adopted to analyze the causes of flatness from the aspects of human,machine,material,method and ring,and the improvement measures in raw materials,equipment,operation,process and roll profile are classified and formulated.After implementation,the amount of releveling and defective products caused by flatness defects is reduced,and the releveling rate is controlled within 3%.
