摘要
针对原有干熄炉炉顶水封槽更换方法存在的缺点,通过辅助更换装置的应用、水封槽底隔热材料的预先布设,更换步骤的改进、干熄炉内料位控制和预存室压力控制等技术的实施,实现了干熄炉水封槽的安全、快速更换。此方法的应用,可使更换时间缩短至6h、恢复生产时间为4~6h,降低了检修对干熄焦生产及高炉干焦供应的影响程度。
In view of the shortcomings of the original method for replacing the water seal tank on the top of the CDQ,the safety and rapid replacement has been realized through the application of the auxiliary replacement device,the pre-layout of heat insulation material at the bottom of water seal tank,the improvement of replacing steps,the material level control in the CDQ and the pressure control of the reserve chamber.The new method can shorten the replacement time to 6 hours and the recovery time to 4~6 hours,and reduce the influence of overhaul on the CDQ production and dry coke supply for blast furnace.
