摘要
目的 探讨金属元素在宣威地区肺癌患者肺癌组织、癌旁组织及正常组织中的浓度及其变化规律。方法 收集2014年1月至2016年12月120例宣威地区肺癌患者的组织,利用原子吸收光谱法检测肺癌组织、癌旁组织和正常组织中的铁(Fe)、镁(Mg)、铅(Pb)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、锰(Mn)、铬(Cr)的含量。结果 金属元素Fe、Mg、Cu、Zn在肺癌组织、癌旁肺组织、正常肺组织中含量有差异。肺癌组织中的Fe含量最低,正常肺组织中及癌旁肺组织较前者稍高,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);Mg在肺癌组织中含量最多,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);Cu、Zn两种金属元素在正常肺组织中最少,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论 金属元素Fe、Cu、Zn可能与肺癌发生、发展有关系。
Objective To investigate the concentrations and variations of the metal elements in lung cancer tissues, adjacent tissues and normal tissues of lung cancer patients. Methods Lung cancer tissues of 120 patients treated in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2016 were collected, and the contents of iron(Fe),magnesium( Mg), lead magnesium (Pb), copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), manganese (Mn), and chromium (Cr) in lung cancer tissures, paracancerous tissues and normal tissues were tested by atomic absorption spectrometry. Results the contents of Fe, Mg, Cu and Zn in lung cancer tissues, adjacent lung tissues and normal lung tissues were different. Fe content in lung cancer tissue was the lowest, Fe content in normal lung tissueand the paracancer lung tissue was slightly higher than the former,There was statistical significance(P < 0.05). Mg content in lung cancer tissues was the highest.There was statistical significance(P < 0.05). Cu and Zn were the least in normal lung tissues.There was statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion Fe,Cu and Zn may be related to the occurrence and development of lung cancer. The relationship between Mg and the occurrence and development of lung cancer needs further study.
