O2O培训模式在实习护生临床实习中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的 设计并评价基于O2O培训模式对护生临床实习过程中的理论、技能以及对临床教学质量评价的应用效果。方法 将2017届、2018届实习生分为对照组(364名),实验组(462名)。对照组采用传统临床实习培训模式;实验组采用O2O培训模式。临床实习结束后比较2组护生的理论、技能以及对临床教学质量评价的差异性。结果 临床实习前实验组与对照组理论与技能水平基线无差异性,临床实习结束实验组理论、技能以及对临床护理教学质量评价(教学态度、方法、内容方面)得分均高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 护生临床实习过程中采用O2O培训模式可促进护生理论、技能的提升,提高对于临床护理教学质量满意度。 Objective To design and evaluate the effects of O2O based training mode on the theory,skills and clinical teaching quality of nursing students in clinical practice. Methods The 2017 and 2018 clinical nursing students were divided into control group (364) and experimental group (462 ). The control group adopted the traditional clinical practice training mode while the experimental group was applied the O2O training mode. The differences in theory, skills and clinical teaching quality between the 2 groups were compared after the clinical practice. Results There was no difference in the baseline between the theory and the skill levels of the 2 groups before the clinical practice and the scores of the theory and skill and the clinical teaching quality (teaching attitude, method and content) of the experimental group were better than the control group(P < 0.01). Conclusion O2O training mode in nursing students' clinical practice can promote the improvement of nursing students' theory, skills and their satisfaction with clinical nursing teaching quality.
