摘要
受金属表面等离子体的自旋特性启发,本文用解析理论研究磁性材料的表面波.由于外加磁场可以调节铁磁材料磁导率,从而控制其表面波.研究发现磁表面波也是自旋反常且自旋–轨道锁定.改变外磁场可以调控反常自旋大小,二者近似线性关系,为应用提供了新的途径.以上结果也被数值模拟所验证.
Motivated by the characteristics of the surface plasmon polariton waves on metal surface, the spin properties of surface wave of magnetic material are investigated by analytical theory. Since the magnetic conductivity of ferromagnetic materials can be regulated by the external magnetic field, its surface waves are controlled. It′s found that the spin of the wave on magnetic material surface is abnormal and possesses the spinorbital locking characteristics. The abnormal spin can be modulated by changing the external magnetic field,and the linear relationship between the two provides a new way for application. The above results are demonstrated by simulation method.
