植物病害生物防治菌的筛选

摘要 采用马铃薯葡萄糖琼脂培养基对7株拮抗菌和3株云杉八齿小蠹伴生真菌进行对峙培养,研究7株拮抗菌对伴生真菌的抑制效果.结果表明,快速生长菌中,木霉属菌(Trichoderma atroviride)对2株云杉八齿小蠹伴生真菌[Ophiostoma penicillatum1(OP1)和Ophiostoma penicillatum2(OP2)]有显著的抑制效果,对伴生真菌[Ophiostoma sp(OS)]抑制效果显著的为Trichoderma citrinoviride;慢速生长菌中,对OP1拮抗效果最佳的菌株为Fusarium tricinctum,次之为Gibberella moniliformis;对OP2拮抗效果最佳的菌株为Alternaria tenuissima,次之为Fusarium tricinctum;对OS有抑制效果的菌株为Gibberella moniliformis、bionectria ochroleuca.以此筛选出数种拮抗菌株均具备作为生物防治资源的潜力. This study cultivated 7 antifungal strains and 3 fungus associated with Ips typographus by using potato dextrose agar medium, to study the inhibition effect of 7 antagonistic fungus on associated fungus. The results showed that Trichoderma atroviride had an important inhibitory effect on OP1 and OP2. Trichoderma citrinoviride also had significant inhibitory effects on OS. When the slow growing strains were confrontedly cultured with the associated fungus, the strain with the best inhibition effect on OP1 was Fusarium tricinctum , and the second was Gibberella moniliformis . The strain with the best inhibition effect on OP2 was Alternaria tenuissima , and the second was Fusarium tricinctum . The strains with the best inhibition effect on OS were Gibberella moniliformis and Bionectria ochroleuca . Several antagonistic strains have potential as biological control resources.
