基于大数据分析的浙江城市旅游效率比较创新研究

On Comparative Innovation of Zhejiang Urban Tourism Efficiency Based on Big Data Analysis

城市旅游发展的目标是追求更高的资源利用效率,旅游效率的测度对旅游资源的开发和投入具有重要意义.文章运用数据包络分析法(DEA),以浙江省11座城市为决策单元,对浙江省11座城市2009-2016年旅游体系的多个效率指标开展研究,并进一步从Malquist生产效率方面进行动态分析.根据分析结果,提出优化资源配置、加强技术创新、科学控制投入、产业转型升级、开拓发展思路等方式来提高旅游效率,以促进浙江省旅游业的健康发展.

The tourism development of a city aims at pursuing higher resources utilization efficiency;therefore, the measurement of tourism efficiency is of great significance to the development and investment of tourism resources. With 11 cities in Zhejiang Province as the decision-making unit, Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) has been used in this paper to study multiple efficiency indicators of the tourism system of 11 cities in Zhejiang Province from 2009 to 2016, and further carries out dynamic analysis from the perspective of Malquist production efficiency. According to the results of analysis, such means as optimized allocation of resources, strengthening technological innovation, scientific control of investment, industrial transformation and upgrading, and exploration of development ideas have been proposed so as to improve tourism efficiency and promote the healthy development of tourism in Zhejiang Province.
