功能性红曲米粉中洛伐他汀和辅酶Q10等功效成分的含量测定 被引量:3

摘要 采用冷凝回流的方式提取功能性红曲米粉中洛伐他汀、麦角甾醇、辅酶Q10和红曲多糖四种功效成分,经HPLC法测得功能性红曲米粉中洛伐他汀含量为1. 70 mg/g、功能性红曲米粉中麦角甾醇含量为763. 15μg/g、功能性红曲米粉中辅酶Q10含量为64. 55μg/g;经UV法(苯酚-硫酸法)测得功能性红曲米粉中红曲多糖含量为14. 82 mg/g。HPLC法可用于红曲米粉中洛伐他汀、麦角甾醇和辅酶Q10的含量检测,UV法(苯酚-硫酸法)可用于红曲米粉中红曲多糖的含量检测。 The functional ingredients of lovastatin, ergosterol, coenzyme Q 10 and red yeast polysaccharide in functional red yeast rice powder were extracted by condensing reflux. The content of lovastatin was 1.70 mg/g, the content of ergosterol was 763.15 μg/g, and the content of coenzyme Q 10 was 64.55 μg/g in functional red yeast rice powder by HPLC. The content of polysaccharides was 14.82 mg/g in functional red yeast rice powder by UV method (phenol-sulfuric acid method ). HPLC method can be used to detect the content of lovastatin, ergosterol and coenzyme Q 10 in red yeast rice powder. UV method (phenol-sulfuric acid method ) can be used to detect the content of red yeast polysaccharide in red yeast rice flour.
