摘要
随着我国工业的快速发展,对高技能人才需求量的提高,要求地方高等院校积极探索新的人才培养方案,培养适应当今企业发展的高素质应用型人才。本文介绍了针对化工材料学科卓越人才培养采取的课程内容与教学实践的改革,主要包括:对课程内容和实验操作技能进行部分调整,引入"嵌入式教学",开设"专业应用开放实验",以及取得的效果。
With the rapid development of Chinese industry and the increasing demand for high-skilled talents, local colleges and universities are required to actively explore new talent training programs to train high-quality applied talents adapted to the development of today s enterprises. The reform of course content and teaching practice for the training of outstanding talents in chemical materials subject was introduced, mainly including partial adjustment of course content and experimental operation skills, introduction of “embedded teaching”, opening of “open experiment for professional application” and the achieved results.
