摘要
激光剥蚀电感耦合等离子体质谱(LA-ICP-MS)经过多年的不断发展,现已作为重要的微区元素和同位素原位分析技术,而被广泛应用于地质研究的各个领域。地质单位LA-ICP-MS实验室经过多年的发展,已形成一定的规模和技术特色。本文结合LA-ICP-MS地质研究及地质单位实验室现状,探讨了地质单位LA-ICP-MS实验室建设与发展,从而有助于该技术更好的满足地质研究发展的需要,为地质调查工作提供更为有力的技术支撑。
Laser ablation-inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (LA-ICP-MS ) is an important microanalysis technique in current geoscience field and applied in many area of Geological reasch. At present, it has been a certain scale and technical characteristics in LA-ICP-MS laboratory of geological institution. Through reviewing the development and application of LA-ICP-MS in geological research and geological institution, the construction and development of LA-ICP-MS laboratory in geological institution were discussed. It was useful to develop LA-ICP-MS in geological institution, and better for this technology in the geological work.
