摘要
由于传统产品评价方式具有较高的主观随意性,评价指标较为简单,产品评价结果与设计者和生产者要求相违背。研发VR交互技术下的产品设计评价系统,用户通过人机交互模块将评价需求反馈到系统主控制器中,主控制器将制定用户需求传输到评价指标体系管理子系统中,该子系统先通过信息查询子系统查询相关需求信息,再采用三层分类评价模型建立和更改产品评价指标体系,依照强制判断法与专家法更改评价指标权值,依照指标权重排序评价指标。综合评价和分析子系统根据排序后的评价指标综合评价产品设计效果,浏览者可在评价结果输出模块查看评价效果。经过实验分析发现,该系统评价产品设计方案时间最短为4.9 ms,能量消耗最低为0.498 kJ,且人机交互效果佳。
The evaluation results got by the traditional product evaluation method are against the requirements of designers and producers due to its high subjectivity,high arbitrariness and simple evaluation index. The product design evaluation system based on VR interaction technology is designed. In the system,the users feed evaluation demands back to the main controller of the system through the human-computer interaction module,the controller transmits the fixed user demands to the management subsystem of evaluation index system,the subsystem queries the related requirements information through the information query subsystem,the three-layer classification evaluation model is adopted to establish and change the products evaluation index system,the weights of evaluation indexes are modified in accordance with the mandatory judgment method and expert method, and the evaluation indexes are ranked according to the index weight. The product design effect are evaluated and analyzed comprehensively according to the ranked evaluation indexes. The visitors can view the evaluation effect by means of the evaluation result output module. The experimental analysis results indicate that the shortest time taken by the system for evaluating the product design scheme is 4.9 ms,the lowest energy consumption of the system is 0.498 kJ,and the man-machine interaction effect of the system is good.
