新时代大学生思想政治工作探析

十八大以来,党和国家对青年人寄予厚望,习近平总书记多次勉励青年大学生树立远大志向,成为国家栋梁,先后召开全国高校思想政治工作会议和全国教育大会,为高校培养什么样的人、如何培养人提供了指导,形成新时代的青年思想。同时,大学生的主体即将由“90后”转变为“00后”,他们的成长环境,人生理想等都发生了改变,传统的思想政治工作方法逐渐难以适应时代发展。这就要求思政工作者要在领悟习近平新时代青年思想的基础上,充分了解新时代大学生的特性,探索有效的思想政治工作方法,切实提升高校思想政治工作的有效性,努力为国家培养出合格的社会主义建设者和接班人。

Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,the party and the state have placed great hopes on young people. General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly encouraged young college students to establish great ambition and become the pillar of the country. National college ideological and political work conferences and national education conferences are successively convened to give instructions on training what kind of person and how to educate students,and the idea about youth in the new era is formed. At the same time,the main body of college students will be changed from "post-90s" to "post-00s". Their growth environment and ideals of life have changed. Traditional ideological and political education methods are gradually difficult to adapt to the development of the times. It is required that ideological and political tutors should fully understand the characteristics of college students nowadays on the basis of comprehending the young ideas of Xi Jinping in the new era,explore effective working methods,effectively improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges,and strive to train qualified socialist builders and successors for the country.
