摘要 人才的获取与知识贡献是科技型组织发展的关键所在。在科技型组织中,人才集聚的现象与效应更加显著。人才资源以组织为平台集聚,可以产生整体的系统效能大于部分之和的集聚效应。通过对人才集聚效应的研究,能够更好地解释科技型组织是如何吸引和集聚人才,拓展科技型组织人才资源管理的视角。文章从组织、技术和知识维度分析科技型组织人才集聚的动因,人才集聚效应的主要表现及特征,提出提升人才集聚效应的关键的组织管理机制设计。 Talent acquisition and knowledge contribution are the key to the development of science and technology organizations.In such organizations,talent tends to aggregate and its effect is remarkable.The accumulation of human resources in an organization can produce an agglomeration effect that highlights the overall achievement over that of individual performance.Research on talent agglomeration effect can better explain how science and technology organizations attract and gather talent,which may shed some light on talent resource management within scientific and technological organizations.From the perspective of organizations,technology and knowledge,this paper analyzes the motivations behind talent gathering in science and technology organizations and talent agglomeration effect as well as its main features.It also proposes the key organizational management approach to enhancing talent agglomeration effect.
