Problems and Countermeasures of International Exchanges and Cooperation in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校国际交流合作对提升高职院校人才培养质量,推动高职院校高水平、国际化发展具有十分重要的意义。但高职院校因其特殊的培养目标与培养模式,相对于本科院校,其国际交流合作工作起步较晚,经验不足,认识不够。因此,要探索建立股份制二级国际学院,组建开设符合实际的定向预科班,设立国外高职院校分校,建立一套系统、可行、务实、创新的高职院校国际交流合作运行体系和发展模式,为推动高职院校国际交流合作高质高效发展提供有效载体和平台。

International exchanges and cooperation in higher vocational colleges is of great significance for improving the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges and promoting the high-level and international development of higher vocational colleges. However, due to the special training goal and training mode, higher vocational colleges started international exchanges and cooperation work relatively late, and lacked experience and understanding compared with universities. Therefore it needs to explore the establishment of shareholding secondary colleges, set up oriented preparatory course class, run branch schools of higher vocational colleges abroad, and establish a set of systematic, feasible, practical and innovative operation system and development mode of international exchanges and cooperation, supplying effective carrier and platform for innovating the high-quality and efficient development of international exchanges and cooperation in higher vocational colleges.
