摘要
铁道交通职业教育集团是铁道交通类人才培养教育改革的重要组成,是推进铁路行业校企深度合作、提高铁路行业人才培养质量的重要举措。由于起步较晚,缺乏相关理论研究,管理体制和运行机制存在着诸多问题。结合铁道运输行业特点和辽宁铁道交通职业教育集团管理运行的实践,提出加强理论研究、搭建合作平台、完善对话机制、创新人才培养模式和评价标准等促进铁道交通职业教育集团管理体制和运行机制建设的策略。
Railway Transportation Vocational Education Group is an important part of the reform of railway transportation talent training education. It is also an important measure to promote in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises in railway industry and to improve the quality of talent training in railway industry. Due to the late start and lack of relevant theoretical research, there are many problems in the management system and operation mechanism. Combined with the characteristics of railway transportation industry and the management and operation practice of Liaoning Railway Transportation Vocational Education Group, this paper puts forward some strategies to promote the construction of management system and operation mechanism of Railway Transportation Vocational Education Group, such as strengthening theoretical research, building cooperation platform, improving dialogue mechanism, and innovating personnel training mode and evaluation criteria.
