在高等职业教育改革不断向纵深推进的背景下,为了进一步提高人才培养水平、增强学校办学能力,高职院校也必须主动寻求对外合作,实现资源整合利用,形成多元化、联合式的人才培养模式。基于这一办学目标,学校之间、校企之间、学校与科研单位之间,要建立“共赢”合作模式,加快产学研一体化发展进程,改革管理体系,加强资源投入,拓展双师型教师队伍,落实“双证书”制度。

In the context of deepening the reform of higher vocational education, in order to further improve the level of talent training and enhance the school's ability to run a school, higher vocational colleges must also take the initiative to seek external cooperation, realize the integration and utilization of resources, and form a diversified and joint talent training mode. Based on this goal, a "win-win" cooperation mode should be established between schools, schools and enterprises, and schools and scientific research institutions to accelerate the process of industry-university-research integration. It should reform the management system, enhance the resource investment, enlarge the double-qualified teachers, and implement the double-certificate system.
