高校学生作为一个特殊群体,思维活跃、知识水平高,网络利用率高,易爆发网络舆情的突发事件。自媒体时代高校网络内容更具敏感性、传播渠道多元化、辐射范围扩大化、影响效果复杂性,给高校网络舆情的应对带来了更大的挑战。高校应增强网络舆情的免疫能力,筑牢网络舆情的“防火墙”;提升网络舆情的研判能力,构建网络舆情的应对机制;培育网络舆情的引导能力,把控网络舆情的演变态势;加强网络舆情的反馈能力,修复网络舆情的负面影响。高校通过构建网络舆情治理能力,创造良好的网络环境,维护校园网络文化安全。

As a special group, college students have active thinking, high level of knowledge, and high network utilization rate, therefore network public opinion emergencies are prone to break out. In the era of WeMedia, college network content is more sensitive, communication channels are diversified, radiation scope is expanded, and the effect is complex, which brings more challenges to college network public opinion response. Universities should strengthen the immunity of network public opinion and build the "firewall" of network public opinion;improve the research and judgment ability of network public opinion, and build the response mechanism of network public opinion;cultivate the guidance ability of network public opinion, and control the evolution trend of network public opinion;strengthen the feedback ability of network public opinion, and repair the negative impact of network public opinion. Colleges and universities create a good network environment and maintain the campus network cultural security by building the network public opinion governance capability.
