摘要
全碳环骨架的构建是合成化学的核心问题,茚类衍生物就是一种全碳环骨架,广泛存在于许多具有活性的天然产物中,并且在药物分子,过渡金属配合物,功能材料等方面具有很重要的应用价值。近年来,茚胺衍生物的合成方法被广泛的研究。简便、环保、高原子经济性的合成方法,受到广大化学研究者的青睐,本文重点介绍茚胺衍生物的合成方法。
The construction of the full-carbon ring skeleton is the core issue of synthetic chemistry. The indane derivative is a full-carbon ring skeleton that is widely found in many active natural products. And it has important application value in drug molecules,transition metal complexes,functional materials,and so on. In recent years,the synthesis of indenamines derivatives has been extensively studied. Simple,environmentally friendly,and highly atomic economic synthesis methods have become the favor of the majority of chemical researchers. The synthesis of indenamines derivatives was focused on.
