紫花地丁药材质量评价方法研究进展

Research Progress on Quality Evaluation Methods of Violae Herba

紫花地丁(Viola yedoensis Makino.)是临床上常用的清热解毒中药,在我国资源丰富,临床应用广泛,其质量直接关系到中医临床用药的安全性和有效性,因此,对紫花地丁质量评价方法方面的研究报道较多,本文从性状鉴别、显微鉴别、薄层鉴别、定量测定、指纹图谱等方面对紫花地丁的质量评价方法进行综述,为紫花地丁的质量控制提供必要的参考。

Viola yedoensis Makino is a commonly used Chinese medicine for clearing heat and detoxifying toxins. It has abundant resources in China and is widely used in clinical practice. Its quality is directly related to the safety and effectiveness of clinical medication of traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore,there are many reports on the quality evaluation methods of Viola yedoensis Makino. The quality evaluation methods of Viola yedoensis Makino were summarized from the aspects of character identification,microscopic identification,TLC identification,quantitative determination and fingerprint,which provided necessary reference for the quality control of Viola yedoensis Makino.
