摘要
采用聚丙烯接枝马来酸酐(PP-g-MAH)作为相容剂制备了废电路板非金属粉/聚丙烯(废PCB粉/PP)复合材料,并通过热分析法(TGA)对其热分解过程进行研究。结果表明,PP-g-MAH的加入能够有效增加PP与废PCB粉的相容性,使复合材料的热失重率降低且分解缓慢,从而提高复合材料的热稳定性;废PCB中破碎的玻璃纤维能够将复合材料与外界热源阻隔,抑制了PP碳碳键的热解断裂;随着废PCB粉含量的增加,最大热分解速率温度逐渐升高。
Waste printed circuit boards nonmetallic powder/polypropylene composites were prepared with polypropylene grafted maleic anhydride,dynamic thermogravimetric analysis of PP and composites were performed. The results demonstrated that the grafts of PP-g-MAH could enhance compatibility between polypropylene and waste PCB that led to decrease thermal weight loss rate and high thermal stability. Glass Fiber of waste PCB could barrier heat source between composites and outside,inhibit pyrolysis reaction of C-C bond. The decompositation temperature increased with increasing contents of waste PCB.
