表面织构对含氟化物碳烟颗粒干摩擦性能影响 被引量:1

摘要 在多功能往复摩擦磨损试验机上考察表面织构对含氟化物的生物质燃油碳烟(BS)颗粒润滑性能的影响。发现添加LaF3的碳烟颗粒润滑时,表面织构能促进干摩擦时的抗磨减摩性能。而添加TiF3时表面织构对抗磨性能有明显促进,但不利于减摩性。拉曼光谱分析发现添加氟化物的碳烟干摩擦颗粒润滑时,BS的无序结构会发生石墨化转变,在织构凹坑边缘碳烟颗粒石墨化转变最明显,凹坑中心最不明显。原因在于摩擦热、局部高接触应力及氟化物的共同作用。 A multi-functional reciprocating tribometer was used to investigate the surface texture on dry friction performance for bio-fuel soot( BS) with fluoride lubricating under reciprocating motion conditions. Results showed that the surface texture could improve anti-wear and antifriction performance of BS with LaF3 under dry friction reciprocating conditions. The surface texture could improve anti-wear performance of BS with TiF3 under dry friction reciprocating conditions,but it was no use for antifriction. Results of Raman spectrum analysis showed that the dry friction with surface texture may induce BS particles structure variation from disorder to order under particulate lubricating for BS with fluoride.The graphitization degree of BS particles was obvious on the edge of the pit and unobvious on the center of pit area. The possible mechanisms were attributed to the friction heat,local higher contact stress and catalysis of fluoride.
