普鲁兰多糖菌丝球对亚甲基蓝和甲基橙染料的吸附 被引量:2

摘要 以普鲁兰多糖菌丝球(PMP)作为吸附剂,分析了菌丝球投放量、p H值和吸附时间对多糖菌丝球吸附亚甲基蓝(MB)和甲基橙(MO)效果的影响;结果表明,当吸附剂用量为52 mg,溶液p H分别为碱性和2. 5,吸附时间为300 min对MB和MO吸附效果最好。菌丝球对MB和MO的吸附过程均符合Langmuir、Freundlich等温模型和二级动力学方程,吸附速率常数分别为0. 0041和0. 0048 g/(mg·min^-1)。 Using Pullulan mycelial pellets( PMP) as adsorbents,some influencing factors of mycelial pellets adsorbed methylene blue( MB) and methyl orange( MO),such as absorbent dosage,pH value and contact time,were analyzed. The results showed that when absorbent dosage was 52 mg,p H was alkaline and 2. 5,after contacting 300 min,the adsorption effect of MB and MO was the best. Meanwhile,it was found that the process of mycelial pellets adsorbed MB and MO fitted Langmuir,Freundlich model and two order kinetic equation,the adsorption rate constants were 0. 0041 g/( mg·min^-1) and 0. 0048 g/( mg·min^-1).
