摘要
受处理液量增加和聚合物返出影响,渤海某油田外输含水上涨,严重影响到油田上下游安全生产。为降低外输原油含水,开展室内瓶试评价研究聚醚改性非离子型破乳剂BH-531在其生产流程中脱水效果,结果表明对于电脱水器入口低含水原油脱水具有较强的促进作用。现场实验结果表明,在该油田电脱入口加注质量浓度为50 mg/L的破乳剂BH-531,可将外输含水从30%~36%降低至8%左右。该药剂的应用解决了现场生产瓶颈,有利于油田进一步释放产能。
Affected by the increase of fluid production and the return of polymer injection,the BS&W of output crude oil from an offshore oilfield in Bohai Sea increased,which seriously affected the safe production of the upstream and downstream of the oilfield. In order to lower the BS&W of output crude oil,bottle test of polyether modified nonionic demulsifier BH-531 was conducted. The results showed that BH-531 had a strong promoting effect on the dewatering of low water cut crude oil at the inlet of the electric dehydrator. Field testing results showed that injecting demulsifier BH-531 with a mass concentration of 50 mg/L at inlet of electrical dehydrator could greatly reduce the BS&W of output crude oil from 30%~ 36% to approximate 8%. The application of BH-531 can solve the bottleneck of field production and help the oilfield to further release production capacity.
