摘要 化工制药类专业群在人才培养中存在专业群与产业群的需求不对接,人才培养不能有效适应产业群发展要求,金华职业技术学院通过以"产教融合"为抓手,以"科技平台"为支撑,以项目为载体,以教师为主导,探索"平台、项目、导师三位一体"的高职化工制药类专业群创新人才培养模式,取得了良好的成效,推动了专业技能与创业创新、专业知识与课堂思政的结合,促进了专业群与产业群的有机衔接起到了积极作用。 In the training of talents for chemical and pharmaceutical professionals,there is a mismatch between the needs of professional groups and industrial groups,and talent training can’t effectively meet the development requirements of industrial groups. Through the "integration of industry and education"as the grasp,the "science and technology platform"as the support,the project as the carrier and the teacher as the leading factor,the "platform,project,mentor"trinity training mode of innovative talents for chemical and pharmaceutical specialty groups in higher vocational colleges was explored by Jinhua Polytechnic, and good results were achieved. The combination of professional skills and entrepreneurship innovation,professional knowledge and classroom ideological and political education was promoted,and the organic connection between professional groups and industrial groups was promoted.
