2型糖尿病的针灸疗效观察与社区管理分析

Observation of the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on type 2 diabetes mellitus and analysis of community management

目的:观察针灸疗法对2型糖尿病的治疗作用,建立2型糖尿病治疗与防护的社区管理体系,分析针灸疗法治疗2型糖尿病的疗效。方法:收治2型糖尿病患者70例,分为两组各35例。治疗组除西药降糖药物(剂量不变)外,加用针灸疗法;对照组血糖超标者增加降血糖药物剂量,血糖未超标有临床症状者降血糖药物剂量不变。观察两组临床疗效及中医证候积分、血糖测定情况。结果:治疗组总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后中医证候积分比较,治疗组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组治疗后血糖水平与治疗前相比明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后治疗组与对照组血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针刺所选穴位具有促进胰岛β细胞的修复及胰岛素的合成和分泌作用,从而调节全身各脏腑的生理平衡,通过采用针灸疗法治疗2型糖尿病临床疗效显著,是增加糖尿病社区管理与防治的办法。

Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on type 2 diabetes mellitus,and establishing a community management system for treatment and protection of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:70 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into two groups with 35 cases in each group and treated accordingly.The observation indicators were TCM symptoms and blood sugar determination.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion besides western medicine(dose unchanged).In the control group,the dosage of hypoglycemic drugs was increased for those with hyperglycemia, while the dosage of hypoglycemic drugs remained unchanged for those with clinical symptoms without hyperglycemia.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture at selected acupoints promotes the repair of islet beta cells and the synthesis and secretion of insulin,thus regulating the physiological balance of the viscera and organs of the whole body.Through the study of acupuncture therapy for the clinical efficacy of type 2 diabetes,increase the management and prevention of diabetes community.
