静脉留置针在新生儿护理中的应用效果观察

Observation on the effect of intravenous indwelling needle in neonatal care

目的:研究静脉留置针在新生儿护理中的应用效果。方法:收治需输液治疗的新生儿124 例,采用随机数字表法分为两组各62 例。试验组采用腋下静脉穿刺留置针法,参照组采用头皮静脉穿刺法。对比两组一次穿刺成功率、留置时间及并发症发生率。结果:试验组患儿一次穿刺成功率高于参照组,留置时间长于参照组,试验组并发症发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在新生儿护理中实施静脉留置针法具有良好效果,其中腋下静脉穿刺法优于头皮静脉穿刺法。

Objective:To study the application effect of intravenous indwelling needle in neonatal care.Methods:A total of 124 newborns receiving transfusion therapy in our department in 2018 were selected and divided into the two groups by using the random number table method with 62 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with subaxillary venipuncture and indwelling needle,while the reference group was treated with scalp venipuncture.The success rate,indwelling time and complication rate of one puncture were compared between the two groups.Results:The success rate of the first puncture in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.The indwelling time was longer than the control group.The complication rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion:The intravenous indwelling needle has a good effect in neonatal care,in which the axillaries vein puncture method is better than the scalp vein puncture method.
