摘要
目的:采用近红外光谱法建立当归配方颗粒的一致性模型。方法:在12000~4200cm^-1范围内对其进行直接接触扫描,分辨率为8cm^-1,每次测量扫描32次,每批样品重复扫描6次,采集近红外光谱图,并对光谱图建立一致性模型。结果:在平滑点数13,判别波长9000~7500cm^-1、6900~5600cm^-1和5000~4250cm^-1下,建立一致性模型厂家的一致性指数(CI)均<4,验证厂家的CI均>6,所建立的近红外一致性模型能准确快速鉴别不同厂家生产的当归配方颗粒。结论:本研究方法简便、快速,可用于不同厂家的当归配方颗粒的分类鉴别。
OBJECTIVE:To establish a consistency check model for formula granules of angelica with near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (NIDRS).METHODS:Direct contact scanning was conducted in the range of 12 000-4 200 cm^-1,with a resolution ratio of 8 cm^-1,for 32 times of scanning per measurement and 6 times of rescanning per batch,the near-infrared spectrogram was collected to establish a consistency model.RESULTS:Under the smoothing point of 13,discriminating wavelengths of 9 000-7 500 cm^-1,6 900-5 600 cm^-1 and 5 000-4 250 cm^-1,the consistency index(CI) of the consistency model manufacturer was all <4,and that of the verifying manufacturer was all >6,the established near-infrared consistency model can accurately and quickly identify the formula particles of angelica produced by different manufacturers.CONCLUSIONS:This method is simple and rapid,which can be used for the classification and identification of formula granules of angelica produced by different manufacturers.
