143例神经内科用药咨询的帕累托图分析

Pareto Diagram Analysis on 143 Cases of Medication Consultation in Neurology Department

目的:了解神经内科用药咨询的特点,提高临床药师药学服务质量。方法:汇总2018年首都医科大学附属北京同仁医院南区神经内科临床药师接受的神经内科临床医护人员用药咨询143例,对咨询人员、咨询方式、咨询内容和咨询药物种类进行统计分析。结果:143例用药咨询中,咨询人员以临床医师为主,共138例(占96.50%);咨询方式以面对面咨询为主(130例,占90.91%)。帕累托图分析结果显示,同类药物比较、药动学、用法与用量、不良反应、给药方式、药理作用和药物选择为咨询内容的主要因素,心血管系统用药、血液及造血系统用药、中枢神经系统用药、激素及其有关药物和消化系统用药为咨询药物种类的主要因素。结论:临床药师应加强相关知识的学习,提高药学服务质量,促进合理用药。

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the characteristics of medication consultation in neurology department,so as to improve the quality of pharmaceutical service by clinical pharmacists.METHODS:143 cases of medication consultation in neurology department of Bejing Tongren Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University in 2018 were summarized and analysis in terms of consultants,consulting ways,consulting contents and consultation in drug categories.RESULTS:Among the 143 cases of medication consultants,the consultants were mainly clinical pharmacists (138 cases,96.50%);the consultation ways were mainly face-to-face consultation (130 cases,90.91%).Results of Pareto diagram analysis showed that the main factors of consulting contents were comparison of similar drugs,pharmacokinetics,usage and dosage,adverse drug reaction,administration route,pharmacological action and drug selection;the main factors of consultation in drug categories were medication on cardiovascular system,blood and hematopoietic system,central nervous system,hormones and related drugs,digestive system.CONCLUSIONS:Clinical pharmacists should strengthen study on relevant knowledge,improve the quality of pharmaceutical service and promote rational drug application.
