摘要
日本对社会教育主事职业性质的定位和具有特色的培养模式为日本社会教育的专业化发展奠定了良好的基础。但近几年来,社会教育主事的发展却因专业界定模糊、专业权力失落、专业认同度低和发展通道狭窄等限制,处处捉襟见肘陷入困境。日本在巨大的挑战面前不断探索突围发展症结的路径,通过进一步明确职务内容、重构能力框架、修改培训课程、拓宽聘用通道等制度试错,助推社会教育主事的专业化发展。
The orientation of the professional nature of social education directors and its unique training model have laid a solid foundation for the professional development of social education in Japan. In recent years,however,the development of social education directors is in a dilemma due to the vague definition of specialty,loss of professional power,low professional identity and narrow development channels. In the face of enormous challenges,Japan is constantly exploring ways to break through the crux of its development. The professional development of social education directors can be promoted by further clarifying the content of social education directors' positions,reconstructing the competency framework,modifying training courses and broadening employment channels.
