盐酸利托君联合地屈孕酮对先兆流产患者血清β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素、孕酮及雌二醇水平的影响

Effects of ritodrine hydrochloride combined with dydrogesterone tablets on serum levels of β-human chorionic gonadotropin,progesterone and estradiol in patients with threatened abortion

目的探讨盐酸利托君联合地屈孕酮对先兆流产患者的治疗效果以及对激素水平的影响。方法选取120例先兆流产患者作为研究对象,随机分为A组、B组、C组,各40例。除常规护理外,A组单独采用盐酸利托君治疗,B组单独采用地屈孕酮治疗,C组采用盐酸利托君联合地屈孕酮治疗。对比3组患者的激素水平,并统计3组保胎成功情况及不良反应情况。结果治疗后,3组血清β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)、孕酮(P)及雌二醇(E2)水平均较治疗前显著提高(P<0.05),且C组激素水平显著高于A组、B组(P<0.05);A组保胎成功率为67.50%,B组为62.50%,C组为95.00%,C组的保胎成功率显著高于A组、B组(P<0.05);治疗期间,A组不良反应发生率为20.00%,B组为17.50%,C组为20.00%。结论盐酸利托君联合地屈孕酮可以改善先兆流产患者的β-HCG、P及E2水平,且保胎率较高,效果优于使用单药,安全性高。

Objective To investigate the effect of ritodrine hydrochloride combined with dydrogesterone tablets in the treatment of threatened abortion and its effect of hormone levels.Methods Totally 120 patients with threatened abortion were selected and randomly divided into group A,B,and C,with 40 cases per group.The patients in three groups all given conventional care.Group A was treated with ritodrine hydrochloride,group B was treated with dydrogesterone tablets,and group C was treated with above drugs in combination.The hormonal levels of the three groups were compared,and the successful cases of abortion prevention and incidence of adverse reactions of the three groups were compared.Results The levels ofβ-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG),progesterone(P)and and estradiol(E 2)in the three groups were significantly higher after treatment than treatment before(P<0.05),and were significantly higher in group C compared to groups A and B(62.50%).The successful rate of abortion prevention in group C was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than group A(67.50%)and B(P<0.05).During the period of treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions was 20.00%in group A,17.50%in group B and 20.00%in group C.Conclusion Ritodrine hydrochloride combined with dydrogesterone tablets can improve the levels ofβ-HCG,P and E 2 in the treatment of patients with threatened abortion,and has a higher rate of fetal preservation and safety.The efficacy of drugs in combination is superior to single drug.
