处方点评对某院处方质量管理的影响分析

Analysis of the influence of prescription comments on the quality management of prescriptions in our hospital

目的研究处方点评对某院处方质量管理的影响。方法将2016年1月~12月未经过处方点评的500张处方纳入对照组,将2017年1月~12月经过处方点评的500张处方纳入观察组,将两组的处方质量情况进行比较。结果观察组不规范处方、用药不适宜处方、超常处方的出现率分别为0.60%、0.60%、0.40%,均明显低于对照组的5.60%、6.00%、5.20%,差异均有统计学意义(χ^2=20.806、22.845、21.164,P<0.05);观察组的处方合格率为98.40%,明显高于对照组的83.20%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=69.144,P=0.001)。结论处方点评有助于处方质量的提高,可减少不合格处方,以保证临床合理用药和用药安全性。

Objective To study the effect of prescription comment on prescription quality management in our hospital. Methods From January to December 2016,500 prescriptions from January to December 2016 were included in the control group,and 500 prescriptions from January to December 2017 were included in the observation group. The quality of the prescriptions in the two groups was compared. Results In the observation group,the unstandardized prescription and the unsuitable prescription were found in 0.60%,0.60%,0.40%,all of them were significantly lower than those of the control group( 5.60%, 6.00%,5.20%)( P < 0.05). The qualified rate of prescription in the observation group was 98.40%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group( 83.20%),and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0.05). Conclusion Prescription evaluation is helpful to improve the quality of prescription in our hospital and reduce unqualified prescription so as to ensure the rational use of drugs and the safety of drug use in clinic.
