摘要
对于中药和复方药物制剂,其特点是"多组分",因此,应该利用合宜的数学模型来解析混合物的测定值,进而确定各组分的种类、含量以及建立一种释药评价方法。本文首先对Kalman滤波法的概念和原理进行了简单的介绍,其次对其在近年来在西药复方制剂、中药物质组、中药传统制剂、中药缓控释制剂方面的研究进行归纳总结,最后提出Kalman滤波未来在药物中的运用的展望。
As traditional Chinese medicine and compound pharmaceutical preparations are characterized by "multi-component",appropriate mathematical models should be used to analyze the determination value of the mixture,so as to determine the species and content of each component and establish a method for drug release evaluation.Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the concept and principle of Kalman filtering method. Secondly,it summarizes the research on western medicine compound preparation,traditional Chinese medicine material group,traditional Chinese medicine traditional preparation as well as sustained and controlled release preparation of Chinese medicine in recent years. Finally,it puts forward the prospect of Kalman filtering in the future application of drugs.
