摘要
近年来,可见光激光器在激光彩色显示、生物光学、全息技术等领域备受关注。Pr^3+的能级结构决定了该离子可实现蓝光、绿光、橙光、红光及深红光等多个可见光波长的能级跃迁,随着蓝光激光二极管(LD)技术的成熟和商业化应用,利用蓝光LD泵浦掺Pr^3+激光晶体直接实现可见光输出的激光器逐渐成为研究热点。对掺Pr^3+的连续、脉冲和单纵模全固态激光器的国内外研究现状和发展情况进行了综述。
In recent years,lasers in visible wavelength have attracted many attentions in the fields of laser color display,bio-optics and holography,etc.The energy level of Pr^3+ ions determines it can realize the energy level transitions of multiple visible wavelengths such as blue,green,orange,red and deep red light.With the maturity and commercial application of blue laser diode (LD) technology,the visible wavelength Pr^3+-doped lasers directly pumped by blue LD pumped have gradually become a research hotspot.The domestic and international research progress and trends of Pr^3+-doped all-solid-state lasers in recent years are summarized,including continuous,pulsed and single longitudinal mode lasers.
