摘要
在药学类人才培养中,毕业实习起着至关重要的作用,毕业实习是提高教学质量,培养实用型和创新型人才的重要途径。通过综合分析,提出关于毕业实习考核的方法,并分析实习方法改革对就业的影响,以期提高药学类专业学生的综合应用能力,提升就业质量和就业率。
Graduation internship plays a vital role in the cultivation of pharmacy talents.Graduation internship is an important way to improve the quality of teaching and cultivate practical and innovative talents.Through comprehensive analysis,some thoughts and analysis on the evaluation methods of graduation internships are put forward,in order to improve the comprehensive application ability of pharmacy students and improve the quality of employment and employment rate.
