From “Identity Group” to “Professional Group”——Studies on the Predictive Thoughts and Possible Solutions on the Identity Transformation of New Professional Farmers

随着农村大量青壮年劳动力向城市转移,我国务农人数逐渐减少。当前,我国面临“谁来种地”“如何种好地”的现实问题,培育新型职业农民成为解决农业发展窘境的方向之一,同时我国“农民”也将从传统的“身份群体”走向“职业群体”。新型农民职业化的实施并非一蹴而就,传统的农业、农民在农业现代化的过程中与土地的关系也将发生变化。政策均有两面性,新型职业农民培育工程也会遇到理论和实践中的阻碍,需要统筹兼顾。

With an increasing number of young and middle-aged laborers in rural areas transferring into cities for employment,the number of peasants in China is gradually decreasing. At present,China is facing the reality tha“who will do farm work” and“how to do it well”. By request of the Party Central Committee,cultivating new professional farmers has become one of the settlements to deal with the predicament of agricultural development. At the same time,Chinese farmers will also move from the traditiona“identity group” to“professional group”. However,the professionalization of new farmers will not be achieved overnight,and the relationship between traditional agriculture and farmers about land will also change in the process of agricultural modernization. Every coin has two sides,so does the policy. The project of cultivating new professional farmers will also encounter theoretical and practical obstacles,which requires us to take them into consideration.
