摘要
依次加入硝酸、氢氟酸、高氯酸消解样品,通过筛选分析谱线和合理设置背景位置,以改善光谱干扰,采用电感耦合等离子原子发射光谱法,同时测定出红土样品中15种组分。该方法测试结果与国家标准物质值相符,且准确度高、精密度好,相对标准偏差低于5.0%;本方法测试数据与X射线荧光光谱法测试数据、其他实验室测试数据相比较,结果一致,能满足《地质矿产实验室测试质量管理规范》的要求。
Sample digested by successively putting in nitric acid,hydrofluoric acid,perchloric acid,analysis spectral line selected and rational background value set up,to improve the spectroscopic disturbance,15 components in laterite sample are determined simultaneously with inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(IEC-AES).The determination result of this method is consistent with that of X fluorescence spectroscopy method and other lab,which can meet the requirements of“Geological Mineral Lab Test Quality Management Code”.
