Fault Location in Active Distribution Network Based on the Change of Current Phase

摘要 随着配电网中分布式电源(DG)接入的日益增加,配电网结构由传统的单端电源系统逐渐转变为有源配电网,传统配电网保护已经不能满足配电网故障保护的需求。提出一种适用于有源配电网的故障区段定位方法,该方法利用同步相量测量装置(PMU)得到两端故障电流相角变化量,无需安装方向元件和互感器,降低了经济成本,计算快速简单,提升了配电网整体稳定化、快速性和自适应能力,具有广泛应用前景。 With the increasing access of distributed power generation(DG) in the distribution network,the structure of the distribution network is gradually transformed from the traditional single-end power system to the active distribution network.The traditional distribution network protection can no longer meet the requirements of distribution network fault protection.A new fault location method which is suitable for active power distribution network is proposed.This method uses the synchronous phasor measurement unit(PMU) to obtain the phase angle variation of the fault current at both ends.It does not rely on direction components and transformers,thus reducing the economic cost.The calculation becomes fast and simple.Therefore,the overall stability,rapacity and adaptive ability of the distribution network are improved.This method has a wide application prospect.
