华北电网输电线路受山火影响特征分析 被引量:2

摘要 随着输电线路数量的增长、人类活动范围的扩大、自然环境的改善,近年来,华北区域内山火火情数量呈上升趋势,对输电线路构成威胁。山火发生的时间和空间规律性较强,对输电线路造成影响的特点也较为突出。对山火的发生规律及影响电网的特点进行细致分析,对电网安全稳定运行具有一定的指导意义。文章总结了在山火影响下,输电线路跳闸后重合成功概率低、易引发电网多重严重故障,电网方式破坏大,受影响时间长等特点,提出了适时退出线路重合闸、提前做好潮流预控、合理安排设备检修计划、加强巡线及新技术应用等措施,从而提升电网安全稳定运行水平。 The rapid construction of transmission lines,enlargement of human interference with nature and improvement of ecological environment has increased the risk of mountain fire.The time and space characteristics of mountain fire usually follow particular pattern.The impact of mountain fire on transmission lines also has some particular features.The paper investigates the features of mountain fire and its influence on power grid operation,thus bearing great significance.It is found that the success rate of auto-close circuit breaker is low with the presence of mountain fire.In addition,mountain fire may also lead to collateral complicated faults,which last for a long time and change the operational mode of the power grid substantially.Therefore,the paper proposes the following counter-measures,such as timely exit from line reclosing, advance control of power flow, reasonable arrangement of equipment maintenance plan, strengthening of line patrol and application of new technology are put forward.
