摘要 某发电厂两台330 MW机组设计为单元制运行的循环水系统,在运行调节上和经济运行存在优化和挖潜的空间。为了节能降耗,合理利用循环水泵的出力,对循环水系统进行了联络改造。通过真空对煤耗的影响试验及不同工况下真空变化试验,对改造后的循环水运行调节方式、经济性和安全性进行了分析,实现了两台机组循环水泵的灵活搭配,提高了机组运行经济性和安全性。 The circulating water system for two 330 MW units is designed to be independent operating units in a power plant,which has a potential of optimization on operational adjustment and economic efficiency.Aiming at saving energy,reducing consumption and making rational use of the circulating pump output,the circulating water system are modified.The adjustment scheme,economic efficiency and reliability of circulating water system after modification are analyzed based on experimental data from test of vacuum-coal consumption and vacuum change test under different working conditions.As a result,water pumps of the two units can be flexibly collocated,and the economy and safety of the unit are enhanced.
