变速器选挡滚针轴承压装工具的设计

Design of Pressing Tool for Needle Roller Bearing in Gear Selection of Transmission

为提升顾客对选挡性能的要求,开发新式顶盖总成,在顶盖选挡系统中增加了选挡滚针轴承。从结构、设计要求两方面介绍了压装选挡滚针轴承,并分析了该选挡滚针轴承的应用情况。实践表明,选挡滚针轴承不仅提升了变速箱选挡性能,而且降低了变速器顶盖总成的选挡故障率。

In order to improve the customer's requirements for gear selection performance,a new top cover assembly is developed,and the selective needle roller bearing is added to the top cover selection system.This paper introduces the pressure mounting needle roller bearing from two aspects of structure and design requirements,and analyzes on the application of the modified gear needle roller bearing.The practice shows that the needle roller bearing not only improves the gearbox selection performance,but also reduces the fault rate of the transmission top cover assembly.
