特高压直流输电工程反渗透膜系统的设计

摘要 设计了一套反渗透膜系统,并对其结构和参数进行了优化与研究。首先,设计一套反渗透膜系统为某特高压电力工程冷却塔喷淋水池提供补充水,阐述反渗透膜系统的设计步骤;其次,选用陶氏反渗透系统分析软件进行系统模拟运算,研究膜系统的平均膜通量、最低浓水流量、给水压力、浓水溶解性和产水水质等膜系统性能参数以及膜元件的产水流量、回收率、产水水质等每支膜元件运行参数,进而对膜系统进行优化。 A set of reverse osmosis membrane system was designed and its structure and parameters were optimized and studied.Firstly,a set of reverse osmosis membrane system is designed to provide the complementary water for the spray pool of an extra-high voltage electric power engineering cooling tower,and the design step of the reverse osmosis membrane system is described;secondly,the method of system simulation is carried out by using the Dow reverse osmosis system analysis software to study the average membrane flux of the membrane system,the performance parameters of the membrane system such as the minimum concentration water flow,the feed water pressure,the concentrated water solubility and the water production quality,as well as the water flow rate,the recovery rate and the water quality of the membrane element are used for each membrane element operation parameter,and the membrane system is optimized.
