摘要
针对炉峪口煤矿因目前的支护强度较大而影响了巷道掘进速度和支护材料的现状,采用理论计算的方式,在分析现有支护的基础上,对9号煤层工作面回采巷道的支护参数进行计算,得出开切眼和工作面顺槽的顶锚杆和帮锚杆为Ф20mm×2200mm,顶锚杆间排距为850mm×1000mm,帮锚杆间排距为1000mm×1000mm,锚索为Ф21.6mm×7300mm,保证了9号煤层工作面回采巷道在掘进及工作面回采时期的安全,节约了支护成本。
In view of the large support strength in Luyukou Coal Mine at present,which affects the present situation of roadway excavation speed and supporting materials,the supporting parameters of mining roadway in No.9 coal seam are calculated by means of theoretical calculation,and it is concluded that the arrangement distance between top bolt and side bolt in opening and working face isФ20 mm×2 200 mm,which is 1 000 mm×1 000 mm,and 1 000 mm×1 000 mm,.The anchor cable isФ21.6 mm×7300 mm,to ensure the mining roadway of No.9 coal seam working face.The safety of excavation and working face mining period saves the support cost.
