摘要
针对伊泰集团纳二矿井下大采高工作面矿压波动大、液压支架支护时煤壁易片帮、支护稳定性差的现状,建立了受力破坏情况下的悬臂梁+砌体梁结构模型,对大采高液压支架进行优化。根据在伊泰集团纳二矿的实际应用表明,大采高液压支架对大采高综采作业时的矿压波动具有较强的适应性,能够确保支护作业的稳定性和支护安全。
In view of the present situation that the mine pressure fluctuates greatly in the large mining height working face of Yitai Group, the coal wall is easy to help and the support stability is poor when the hydraulic support is supported, the cantilever masonry beam structure model under the condition of stress failure is established, and the hydraulic support of large mining height is optimized. According to the practical application in Na No.2 Mine of Yitai Group, it is shown that the hydraulic support of large mining height has strong adaptability to the fluctuation of mine pressure in fully mechanized mining with large mining height, and can ensure the stability and safety of support operation.
