摘要
以ZDY3500L履带式坑道钻机为研究对象,对其进行受力分析后简化其仿真模型,运用仿真模型对平移部件和撑杆部件进行仿真,通过仿真分析部件是否满足生产要求,并对不满足要求的位置进行改进和优化。
Taking ZDY3500L crawler tunnel drilling rig as the research object,the simulation model is simplified after the force analysis is carried out,the translation parts and brace components are simulated,and whether the components meet the production requirements is analyzed by simulation,and the position that does not meet the requirements is improved and optimized.
