摘要
在分析综采工作面带式输送机在实际生产中出现跑偏现象原因的基础上,设计了与纠偏装置配套的跑偏量检测装置,并对关键部件丝杆进行选型,并将其应用于实际生产中。对应用效果进行验证可知该纠偏装置能够有效解决输送带跑偏的问题。
On the basis of analyzing the causes of running deviation of belt conveyor in fully mechanized mining working surface in practical production,and the deviation detection device matching with the deviation correction device is designed,and the wire rod of the key components is selected.On this basis,the design of the deviation correction device is completed and applied to the actual production,and the application effect is verified that the deviation correction device can effectively solve the problem of conveyor belt deviation.
